He was in middle school when he watched the music video of Rain’s Rainism and that inspired him to pursue a career in music. He then found a music academy and soon started to learn music.
Jun was 19 years old when he shifted to Seoul in order to pursue his passion for singing.
He has previously trained under CJ E&M and Jellyfish Entertainment. During his time with Jellyfish Entertainment, he trained alongside the boy band VIXX.
He was cast as Kangta’s look-alike in the television mystery music game show I Can See Your Voice.
